The advanced Maschine controller was designed as a natural extension of the software, and makes the system feel and respond as a true instrument. The 16 pressure-sensitive drum pads have been carefully engineered for the best possible response and durability, and they illuminate to visualize sequence patterns and other crucial information. Based on several GByte of studio-quality samples, the arsenal of Maschine provides hundreds of drum kits, synthesizer sounds and acoustic instruments, with around ten thousand individual sounds overall. All kits, instruments, samples and effects can be efficiently managed and located through a highly convenient browser that uses categories and concise metadata.

Formats included: Ableton, Kontakt, Live. The TB-303 is THE sound of acid and techno house music!. It’s a monophonic analog bass synthesizer married to a pattern-based step sequencer released in 1982. It features a single analog oscillator with two waveforms (saw or square) and has a simple but excellent VCF filter with resonance, cut-off, and envelope controls. There are also knobs to adjust tuning, envelope decay, tempo and accent amount. Puremagnetik has meticulously captured every nuance and style of the original TB-303 and programmed it for use in Ableton Live, Kontakt, Logic and GarageBand. Using advanced mapping techniques and extensive multi-sampling, TeeBee is a flawlessly cloned TB-303 for the modern DAW.
It was originally made to accompany a drum machine, the TR-606 specifically, and provide bass-line accompaniment to guitarists, keyboard players, etc. It was not a successful product in its time. As a result, creative DJs and aspiring electronic musicians found them for next to no money and began using them for techno and acid music. Usually a single pattern is continuously played while the performer tweaks the knobs creating an exciting and expressive musical event

Purple Kit is a 24-bit, multisampled acoustic drum kit for Kontakt. Purple Kit was hand-built to specifications designed by Puremagnetik emphasizing funk and hip hop drum sounds. Using the finest quality Keller® Maple drum shells, Purple Kit was constructed to be a unique drumset unlike any other currently available. Puremagnetik has meticulously captured Purple Kit in a multi-mic and multi-stick format. About the Drums:
18″ 2-ply Maple Kick Drum - Built and sampled for the tight punch that small kick drums and floor toms deliver across many genres of music. Both hard (plastic) and soft (felt) beater modes multisampled and programmed. Dampened and undampened variations are also included.
14″ x 8″ Snare Drum - This large snare drum is characterized by a deep, cavernous sound. Both rim and skin multisamples are included with brush, stick and “bundle” (rod) variations.
10″ x 6″ Snare Drum - The small 10″ snare drum has a bright “poppy” timbre. Both rim and skin multisamples are included with brush, stick and “bundle” (rod) variations.
Cymbals include Zildjian K ride, Zildjian “Quick Beat” Hi-Hats and a Paiste 16″ crash cymbal.
